Our AAG policy is simple!
In the event of a loss please email email@example.com a clear image of the coral in our original packaging within two hours of delivery. Any AAG claims made after the two hour time frame will be reviewed on an individual basis at our discretion. If a store credit is issued, the credit does not include the cost of shipping. If you refuse delivery for any reason this will void our AAG. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns regarding a shipment. Do NOT for any reason discard a specimen without authorization from Kemps Corals LLC, doing so will void our AAG. If we are not aware of your issue, we cannot correct it. We do NOT provide AAG coverage on replacement orders. By submitting an order you are agreeing to all AAG policies set by Kemps Corals LLC. These policies are subject to change without notice.
